MUDITA ESTATES PRIVATE LIMITED

Our place, Mudita Estates Private Limited, is located at House Number 171 in Agarwada. It’s a pretty quiet area, which is a nice change from the more crowded parts of North Goa. We mostly work out of this house, focusing on local property matters. We aren't a big firm with glossy brochures or a bunch of agents in suits. It’s just a small team of us handling the day-to-day tasks. People come by to talk about land they want to buy or maybe a house they are looking to sell in this side of the state. Most of our time is spent out on the road, visiting different sites or waiting at government offices to get paperwork sorted. Agarwada has a different feel to it, and we like being based here. We keep our records in a few metal cabinets and try our best to stay organized, even when things get a bit hectic. Dealing with real estate involves a lot of waiting around for people to show up and answering phone calls at all hours. We try to be honest about the properties we handle. If a plot has a problem with the boundary or the access road is bad, we just say it. There’s no point in hiding those details from anyone. Most people find us because they know the house or they heard about us from a friend. We take things one day at a time and just keep looking at land and talking to the people involved.
