You can find us at House Number 421 in Xim Wado, right in the Arpora area. Being in North Goa, it’s always got a bit of a buzz, especially with the tourists around, but Xim Wado stays relatively calm. Our office at Monogram Builders & Developers is really just a transformed house. It has that old Goa charm with the thick walls and the tile roof. We spend our days managing various building projects across the northern belt. There’s always dust from the road and someone coming in with a new set of plans. We aren't big on fancy furniture. Most of our desks are just sturdy wood that can handle the weight of all the blueprints. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, so the ceiling fans are always on full blast. We’re a small team, and we all know each other well. Often, we end up staying late to finish up some boring regulatory paperwork. It’s not always exciting, but it’s the reality of development. We like being in Arpora because it keeps us close to the action. If a site has a problem, we can usually be there in twenty minutes. It’s a practical location for a practical business. We don't try to be anything we aren't. Just a group of people building things in our own corner of the world. The office dog usually sleeps under the main table while we work through the afternoon heat.
