Megrez Estates Private Limited

Our office is over at Unit 201 in Geras Imperium, which is right in the middle of Patto Plaza in Panaji. It’s a busy building with a lot of different businesses. Megrez Estates Private Limited has been operating from here for some time. Being in North Goa, specifically in the Panjim area, means there’s always something happening. Our space is pretty basic. We have some desks, chairs, and a lot of folders stacked up in the corner. We spend most of our time on the phone or meeting with people who want to buy or sell property. Patto Plaza is usually packed with cars, so finding a parking spot can be a real headache in the morning. We often see the same people in the elevators every day. We aren't a corporate giant; we’re just a small team trying to make a living. Sometimes we forget to water the plants in the office, but they seem to survive anyway. We don't use much marketing; mostly, we just talk to folks and help them with their estate needs. It’s not always exciting work, but it’s what we know. The office gets a lot of light in the afternoon, which is nice. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized, even if it gets a bit chaotic during the busy season. It’s a decent place to work and we’re happy to be here.
