We have been working out of the Navelcar Arcade for a while now. If you've been to Panaji, you probably know the area, it's quite busy during the day. Our office is up on the fifth floor at FF-5. Most people just take the lift because it’s a long walk up otherwise. Kesarkar Consultants And Developers is basically a small team here. We spend our days looking at plans and dealing with the usual paperwork that comes with building things in North Goa. It gets really hot in the afternoons, so the fans are always going full speed. Sometimes the place gets a bit messy with blueprints and old files all over the desks, but that's just how we work. We aren't a big fancy outfit or anything like that. It’s just us here trying to get things finished on time. People stop by sometimes to ask about local plots or just to chat about what's going up in the neighborhood. We know the streets around here pretty well by now. The traffic downstairs can be a bit much around five o'clock when everyone is heading home. We try to keep things moving along without making it more complicated than it needs to be. It is just everyday work for us, really. We like being in this part of town because everything is close by. It’s a plain office, nothing special to look at, but it works for what we need. We've got our routine and we stick to it every day.
