Kerkar Agro Private Limited

You can find Kerkar Agro Private Limited over in Porvorim, at the Housing Board Complex in Pundalik Nagar. We’re in B-Block, Flat No. 7 HIG. It’s a residential area, so it doesn't really feel like a typical office when you walk in. We’ve got neighbors living right next door, and you can often hear kids playing or people cooking their lunch while we’re trying to go through our agro files. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze with the desks and all the files we have to keep for the business, but we make it work somehow. Porvorim is quite central, so it’s easy for us to get to different parts of North Goa when we need to visit a site. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with suppliers and checking on how things are going in the fields elsewhere. The flat has a small balcony where we usually take our tea breaks and watch the traffic go by on the main road nearby. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular place where we do our daily business. Sometimes the water in the building gets cut off for repairs, and we have to manage, but that’s just part of living and working in a complex. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big showroom; we just focus on the agricultural side of things and keep our records straight. It’s just us doing our bit in a corner of Porvorim.
