KAMS COCO DE PARRA RESIDENCY LLP

We are located in Parra, which is a nice part of Bardez in North Goa. Our spot is right near the Parra football ground, specifically at 249/3 Arradi Parra Canca. Kams Coco De Parra Residency LLP is a local setup. We spend a lot of time here dealing with the day-to-day operations of our residency projects. It's a pretty quiet area compared to the tourist spots, which we like. The office is really just a part of the building where we can sit down and talk to residents or people looking for a place to stay. Subhash handles a lot of the on-site stuff. We aren't trying to be a big flashy developer or anything. We just want to provide decent places for people to live. Managing a residency means there's always a leak to fix or a gate that won't close, so it keeps us on our toes. We have a small staff who helps out with the cleaning and maintenance. Usually, you can find one of us hanging around the football ground or at the office if we aren't busy with repairs. It’s a lot of practical work and talking to the neighbors. We try to keep things simple and avoid all that corporate talk. We just live and work here in Goa and do our best to keep the property in good shape for everyone.
