We are based in Panaji, specifically at shop number 7 in the Madhuban Shopping and Residential Complex. If you know St. Inez, then you know where we are. Jamsons Estates Private Limited is basically a small team handling property matters here in Goa. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we keep our files and meet people. Being in a shopping complex means there's always someone walking by or dropping in to ask a question. We deal with the local real estate market, which can be quite a rollercoaster sometimes. Some days are slow and we just sit around drinking tea and sorting through documents, and other days we are running all over town. Panaji is a small place but the work keeps us moving. We handle the usual stuff like leases, sales, and managing whatever properties are on the books. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we usually try to get the outdoor stuff done early. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy here. It’s just us trying to make a living and helping people find what they are looking for in terms of housing or land. It’s a decent living, even if the paperwork is a bit of a pain most of the time. We've been in this spot for a while and like being part of the local scene.
