JAGGI BUILDERS PRIVATE LIMITED operates out of H No. 21/200. You can find us in the LA Citadel Colony, which is tucked away in Nagalli Hills. This part of Goa is quite nice because it is a bit higher up, so we get a decent view of the surroundings while we work. Being in North Goa, specifically in the 403004 area, puts us in a good spot for the projects we handle. The office is really just a house where we have set up our desks and computers. It is not one of those glass buildings you see in the city. We prefer it this way because it feels more like home and less like a cold office. There is always someone around the house to take a message or talk to a visitor. We spend a lot of time driving out from Nagalli Hills to different sites, but we always come back here to finish the day’s work. The colony is quiet, which helps when we need to focus on some of the more technical parts of building. We don’t have any big slogans or anything like that. We just go by the name Jaggi Builders and try to do a solid job on every project we take on. It’s a straightforward way of doing things, and being based in LA Citadel Colony makes us feel like part of the community here. We enjoy the pace of life in Nagalli Hills and wouldn't change our location.
