We are tucked away in Pilerne, Bardez, over in Goa. The office is at House Number 122, right near the Shantadurga Temple in Moicawada. It’s a bit quieter out here than the busy tourist spots, which we actually like. We spend our days planning trips and tours for people coming to see this part of the world. Since we are based here in Goa, we know the local roads and the little spots that aren't on all the maps. It’s a small team here. We aren't some big corporate travel agency with a call center. You usually end up talking to the same person every time you call. We have a lot of maps pinned to the walls and stacks of itineraries on our desks. Sometimes the neighbor's dog wanders by the door. We don't do the whole "luxury" sales pitch. We just try to organize things so people have a good time and don't get lost. It takes a lot of coordination with drivers and hotels. Sometimes things go wrong, like a car breaking down or a rainstorm, and we have to scramble to fix it. That's just part of the job. We enjoy the work though. It’s nice to help people see the sights without too much stress. We stay busy through the season and take things a bit easier when it slows down.
