Bharti Teletech Limited

We are based in Mapusa, Goa, at house number 114 12 in Kasarwda Khorlim. It is a very different pace of life here compared to the big cities. The office is essentially a house, which makes the whole workday feel a lot more comfortable. Bharti Teletech Limited has this small branch where we handle our tasks. There are trees around and the air is a bit fresher. We don’t have any fancy receptionists or lobby areas. You just walk in and everyone is working. It’s a small team, so we all know each other well. Mapusa is a busy town, especially on market days, but our corner is relatively calm. We spend our time on technical work and managing the local requirements. The humidity can be tough, but the fans keep us going. We don't use a lot of business jargon or have long meetings. We just discuss what needs to be fixed or finished and get to it. Sometimes we take a longer break when the weather is nice. It is a very honest way to work. No one is trying to impress anyone with big titles. We just provide the service we are here for. The building has that typical Goan look with the tiles and the porch. It’s a good place to be, and we enjoy the simplicity of the daily routine here.
