Fortune Ama Developers LLP is based on the ground floor of Celben Apartments. We are right near the Mapusa Urban Co-op Bank in Naikawaddo. Being near the bank is useful because it's a landmark everyone knows in Mapusa. Since we are on the ground floor, it’s easy for people to find us and walk right in. We aren't a big, polished firm with a bunch of receptionists. It’s just us in the office handling property development and construction work. Most of our time is spent out on the sites in North Goa or looking at land. Development is a slow process and it takes a lot of patience to get things right. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just take projects from the planning stage to the finish. Sometimes the office is a bit quiet when we are all out on-site, and other times it’s hectic with people coming and going. Mapusa is a busy town, and we’ve seen a lot of changes here over the years. We just focus on our own work and try to be as practical as possible. We don't have a marketing team to make us look good. We just rely on the work we do. It’s a lot of daily effort, but it’s what we are used to. We stay busy and just keep moving forward with our next project. This is what we do here in Naikawaddo.
