DYNAMICK CONTRACTOR AND BUILDERS LLP is located at House No 1/2116 in the Shantadurga Apartments. We are a local contractor outfit, and we have been based in this apartment building for quite some time now. It is a straightforward operation we run here. We don't have a receptionist or a big boardroom; it is just us sitting around a couple of desks surrounded by samples of tiles and paint. Most of our work involves being out at different sites around the area, so the office is mainly for catching up on calls and filing the necessary permits. Being a contractor means you have to deal with a lot of different people, from plumbers to electricians, and it can be a bit of a headache to get everyone on the same page. We don't have any big "we believe" statements to give you. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure everything is built according to the plan. Sometimes the projects take longer than we expect because of some issue with the soil or a delay in getting the right materials, but we always try to keep moving forward. Most of our business comes from people who live nearby and have seen what we can do. It is a practical, no-nonsense way of working that seems to suit us just fine. We just take one job at a time and try to do it right.
