Dream Concept Infra Llp is located down Titto’s Lane 2 in Baga, specifically at Survey Number 245/8 and 245/9 in the Sauntawaddo area. It’s a well-known part of Goa, mostly because of the nightlife and the tourists, but we are tucked back in a slightly quieter spot. We work on various local infrastructure and building projects right here in the heart of the village. It’s a bit of an unusual place for an office because of all the holidaymakers walking past, but it works fine for us. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the specific problems that come with building so close to the sea. The salt in the air can really damage materials, so we have to be very careful about what we use. We aren’t a massive company with a huge staff. It’s just a small group of us. Our office is pretty basic—just a room with a couple of computers and stacks of folders. We handle the planning and the actual management of the sites. Baga is a place that never stays the same, with new businesses opening up every single season. We stay busy just trying to keep up with the local demand for construction and repairs. It’s not a glamorous job at all, and there is usually a lot of dust and sweat involved. We don’t try to be anything we aren't. We’re just local guys doing infra work where we live and work. Sometimes the lane gets blocked, but we manage.
