We’re located in the Bento Miguel Building, which is right near the Old Patto Bridge. If you know the bridge, you won't have any trouble finding us at Flat No. 1. Clovia Properties is a small outfit. We mainly deal with property management and local real estate bits and pieces. Being near the bridge means there is always a bit of traffic and noise outside, but it’s a central spot that works well for us. The office is just a regular flat that we’ve turned into a workspace. It’s got a lot of character, though maybe the walls could use a fresh coat of paint one of these days. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We’re usually just in our everyday clothes, drinking tea and trying to get through the pile of documents on our desks. Property work involves a lot of back-and-forth with different people, and we spend most of our time just making sure everyone is on the same page. It’s not always perfect, and sometimes we run into delays with the local authorities, but that’s just the reality of the business. We focus on the day-to-day tasks and try to keep things moving forward. It’s honest work, and we’re happy to be part of the local scene near Patto. We might not have a fancy lobby, but we have enough room to get the job done.
