Chapora Estate Llp

We’re located at H No. 508/A in Betim, which is in the Bardez area. It’s a quiet spot near the river, and we’ve been here for a while now. Chapora Estate Llp is what we call our business. Our office isn’t much to look at from the outside, just a regular building among others. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our files. We deal with land and property matters around this part of Goa. Betim is a bit more tucked away, which we actually prefer. You don’t get all the noise from the main tourist strips here. We spend a lot of time visiting different plots and talking to owners. The weather can be a bit of a challenge sometimes, especially when it’s really humid and we’re out in the sun. We aren't a big agency with a lot of staff. It’s just a small group of us handling everything. We don't have any fancy software to manage things; we mostly rely on our notebooks and maps. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit and wait for it to come back while looking at the trees outside. It’s a simple way of working, but it suits us just fine. People know where to find us if they need something sorted out. We just try to be honest and get the job done without making it too complicated. That's just how we run things here.
