Champaran Infratech Private Limited

We are based out of 216/2 on Fernandes Waddodando Road in Siolim. It’s a more relaxed part of North Goa compared to the main towns. Champaran Infratech Private Limited has its roots here. Our office is a simple place, not one of those glass buildings you see elsewhere. We’re right in the neighborhood, which means we see the same people walking their dogs or going to the shops every morning. The road outside can get a bit narrow, but it's home for us. We do a lot of work related to infrastructure and local development. It’s not always easy because the weather can be unpredictable, especially when the rains start. We often have to stop work on the sites when it pours. Inside the office, things are usually quiet except for the sound of our computers and the occasional phone call. We aren’t a big corporation with fancy titles. We’re just local people who know how to build things. Sometimes we sit outside on the porch for a break when it’s not too hot. Siolim is a good place to be because you’re close to the water but far enough from the heavy tourist spots. We just focus on getting our jobs done well so we can move on to the next one. It’s practical work and we take it as it comes. No big fuss about anything. We keep it simple.
