ALDEA DE MUNGE DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is located in the Madhuban Complex, which you can find in Bhatlem, Panaji. We are in Block C, specifically at Flat No. 3. This part of North Goa is quite central, making it easy for us to get around to different areas. The complex itself is a mix of residential and small offices, so it has a very lived-in feel. We chose this spot because it is accessible without being right in the middle of the heavy city traffic. Inside Flat No. 3, we have our desks and all the stuff we need to run a development company. It’s a modest setup where we spend a lot of time on the phone or looking over project maps. We are not a giant corporation with hundreds of employees; we are just a dedicated group working from this office in Panaji. Bhatlem is a nice neighborhood, and we have gotten to know the other people in Madhuban Complex over the years. We don't go in for big advertisements or flashy signs. Most of our work comes from being present and doing what we say we will do. Being in Block C gives us a bit of quiet, which is helpful when we are trying to figure out the details of a new development project. It’s just a regular office in a regular complex, which is exactly how we like to keep it. We just focus on the task at hand.
