Akaar Projects Llp

You can find Akaar Projects Llp over at Christina Apartments in Porvorim. We are in unit G-2 on the ground floor, right behind Ashwini Garage in Wadakade. We are just a small team trying to make a living in the local building trade. Most of our work involves various projects around the Bardez area. It’s a busy part of North Goa and there is always something being renovated or built from scratch. We spend the majority of our time out at the different project sites, so the office is often just a place for us to store our files and take a short break between meetings. It’s definitely not a flashy setup. We have a few chairs and a large table where we sit and look over our plans. Being located right behind the garage is actually quite handy because we always have vehicles that need some kind of maintenance. We handle smaller repair jobs and some larger construction projects too. It really depends on what people need at the time. We don’t use a lot of high-tech equipment for our planning. A lot of it is still done with pencils, rulers, and paper. We like to keep things simple so that everyone involved knows exactly what is going on. Porvorim is growing very fast these days, and we are just a small part of that. We don't write long corporate reports. We just talk to the clients and get the job done as best we can.
