Aaraas Turnkey Projects Private Limited

We’ve been working out of this spot near Landscape City in Alto Porvorim for a while now. Most people around Mapusa know the area quite well. Our office is right at Shop G-1, House 485. We handle turnkey projects, which means we take over the whole job from the beginning and keep at it until it's finished. It gets pretty busy here in North Goa, especially with all the new stuff being built lately. We aren't a huge team or anything, just a group of people who know how to get things done on a construction site. Dealing with construction in Goa has its challenges, like the monsoon rains or getting materials on time, but we manage. You can usually find someone in the office during the day, though we spend a lot of our time out at the actual work sites. We’ve seen Porvorim change a lot over the years. It used to be much quieter. Now there are shops and houses everywhere. We just keep our heads down and focus on whatever project is currently on the table. It’s a lot of coordinating between different workers and making sure everything is lined up. We don't really do the fancy talk; we just show up and do the work. If you're driving past the shop near Landscape City, you'll probably see our sign. It’s a pretty simple setup. We deal with all the practical bits of building that people usually find stressful. That’s pretty much us.
