Zestys Express Caterers

Our kitchen is tucked away in Sadar Bazar, specifically at 4672 in Deputy Ganj. If you know this area, you know how packed it gets. We handle a lot of food here every day. It’s not a fancy restaurant where you sit down, but a place where big pots are always on the fire. We started Zestys Express Caterers because we liked cooking for large groups. It’s messy work sometimes, peeling mountains of onions and stirring huge vats of gravy, but it’s what we do. We aren't trying to be some high-end gourmet place. We just make food that tastes like it should. Most of our work comes from local families having small functions or offices nearby needing lunch. We have a few delivery vans that struggle through the narrow lanes of Sadar Bazar to get the food out on time. The heat in the kitchen gets pretty intense during the summer months, but nobody complains much. We just drink some water and keep going. My brothers and I run the show, and we’ve learned everything by just doing it over and over. We don’t use any special machines, just our hands and some old recipes we’ve used forever. It’s loud, busy, and smells like spices all day long. That’s just how our daily life is at the shop.
