Zee Caterers

We run everything out of Paschim Vihar, specifically from 204 in the Milansar Apartment. It’s a bit different because we aren't a storefront on a main road. Most of our work happens in the kitchen or out at the places where people are having their parties. Catering is a lot of logistics. We have to figure out how many plates, how much rice, and who is driving the van. It can get pretty chaotic when there are three events on the same Saturday. We’ve had times where the stove broke right before a big order, but you just figure it out. We aren't some massive company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a dedicated group of us who know how to cook for large numbers. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing down lists. The apartment serves as our base where we plan everything out. Sometimes the neighbors probably wonder why we have so many crates moving in and out, but they’re used to it by now. We don't do much advertising. People just hear about us and call. It’s about being reliable and showing up when we say we will. The kitchen stays busy late into the night sometimes, especially during wedding season. It's hard work, but it keeps us going here in Paschim Vihar. We just focus on the food and getting it where it needs to go on time.
