Wushu Chinese Food Master

Our place is at D 164 in Kalyan Vihar. It’s a bit of a residential area, so it’s not as crazy as the main markets. Wushu Chinese Food Master is where we cook every day. The kitchen is small and it gets very hot once the burners are all going. We do a lot of deliveries to the houses nearby. You can hear the scooty starting up outside whenever an order is ready to go. We have a few tables for people who want to eat here, but most prefer their food at home. The menu has all the usual stuff people expect. We spend a lot of time preping vegetables and making sure the sauces are ready. It’s a lot of chopping and stirring. The neighborhood is mostly families and some students. Sometimes it gets a bit quiet in the afternoon when everyone is indoors, but it picks up again once the sun goes down. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy to worry about that. It’s just a local spot where we do our thing and try to keep up with the orders coming in. We don't really bother with much advertising, word of mouth is enough for a place like ours. We just keep the kitchen running.
