Our office is up a narrow set of stairs that can be a bit tricky if you aren't used to them. We spend our days surrounded by various crafts and pieces of jewelry. It’s a lot of manual checking and packing. We focus on overseas orders, so a lot of our time goes into making sure things are packed safely for long journeys. The building we are in has been around for ages and it feels like it. It’s a bit dusty and the wiring is a mess, but it’s home for us. We don't have a big showroom with bright lights. Most of our work happens behind the scenes at our desks. The sound of the market outside is constant, with the bells of rickshaws and people haggling. We’ve grown used to it over the years.
