You can find us up on the first floor of the NN Mall. Being in Plot Number 15 at Mangalam Palace means we see a lot of people walking by to go to the M2K Cinema nearby. It gets pretty loud on weekends when the movies let out. We are right above the KFC, so sometimes you can smell their frying chicken coming up through the vents. Our spot in Rohini Sector 3 is usually buzzing with families. We spend most of our time in the back prep area chopping vegetables or out front wiping down the chairs. The mall environment is a bit hectic, but we are used to it by now. The air conditioning sometimes struggles when it gets really hot in Delhi, but we do what we can. We have a few regular tables that people like to sit at because they can see the street from the window. It is mostly about keeping the kitchen running and making sure we don't run out of ingredients mid-way through the dinner rush. We have some young guys working the tables and they stay busy. It isn't a fancy setup, just a restaurant where we try to get the food out on time. The floor gets sticky from spilled drinks and we are always mopping. It’s just how it goes here in this mall.
