Our place is not something you would call a corporate venue or a fancy hotel. It is a more personal kind of space. We spend a lot of time just maintaining the area and making sure everything looks decent for whoever is using it. Whether it is a small gathering or just people coming by, we keep things organized. I am usually around the property checking on things. It is an old building, so there is always some maintenance work to do, like fixing a pipe or painting a wall. The street outside can be a bit narrow and parking is always a headache in Roop Nagar, but people somehow manage to find us. We don't have a big team of people; it is just a few of us doing everything from cleaning the floors to talking to the visitors. It gets pretty busy during the wedding season or when there are local festivals happening in Delhi. The rest of the time, it is just a quiet corner in a noisy city. We have been at 2/36 for quite some time now, so the neighbors know us well. It’s just a practical place for the local community to use.
