Red Bar Restaurant

Operating a place like Red Bar Restaurant on Shradha Anand Marg, right in the heart of the G B Road area near Ajmeri Gate, is definitely an experience. This part of Delhi never really stops, and it’s always crowded and loud outside. Our place is a bit of an escape from all that chaos. We are located at number 5211, in one of those old buildings that have been around forever. Inside, the walls are thick, so the noise from the street mostly stays out. It isn't a bright, sunny place; it’s a bit dim, which is how our customers like it when they want to grab a drink and some food after a long day in the market. The furniture is mismatched and heavy, and the floor shows the wear and tear of years of people coming through. We don't have a corporate office or a marketing team. It’s just us, the cooks, and the guys who bring the drinks to the tables. We keep the menu simple because we don't have the space for anything complicated. Sometimes the electricity acts up or the plumbing gives us a headache, but that’s just life in an old Delhi building. We aren't trying to be a five-star lounge. We’re just a local bar and restaurant where people can sit down and be themselves without any pretense. It’s a bit rough around the edges, but it’s real.
