Alaisa Bags Industries

Our workshop is at 8274 Anaj Mandi and we are quite close to the old Filmistan Cinema on M.M. Road. It is a very busy area with a lot of history. You can always hear the sound of the sewing machines running from the street. We have rolls of fabric and zippers scattered all over the place. The smell of new material is everywhere in the building. We focus on making bags that people can actually use every day. It is not a quiet place because there is always someone cutting patterns or loading up a truck. We work in a space that has been around for a long time and it shows in the walls and the floors. It gets quite hot in the summer with all the machines going but we just keep the fans on and keep working. We are just local people making things for the market. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just show our work through the bags we finish. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish an order when the deadline is close. The neighborhood is always full of people and noise which we have grown to love. We see the same tea seller every morning and the same delivery guys. It is a small community inside the big city. We take pride in just getting the job done right and keeping the business going despite the daily challenges.
