We are based out of Rohini, specifically Sector 11, at F 1/87-88. It’s a residential-style area so it feels a bit more personal than a big commercial tower. I handle the DJ stuff and manage events around the city. My space is filled with gear—speakers, mixers, and a lot of tangled cables that I’m always trying to keep organized. It’s not just about the music; there is a lot of planning that goes into making sure an event goes right. I spend a lot of time checking equipment before heading out to a gig. Rohini is a good base for me, even if I have to drive quite a bit to get to the venues in other parts of Delhi. The office is where I do the bookings and talk to people about what they need for their parties or weddings. It’s pretty informal. You might hear some music playing if you drop by while I’m testing something. It’s a one-man show mostly, though I have people I call when the jobs are big. I’ve been doing this for a while and the neighborhood knows me. It’s a busy life, especially during the wedding season when sleep is hard to come by. I keep my tools ready and my schedule written down on a big paper calendar. It’s simple, but it works for me and the people who hire me. Rohini Sector 11 has been home for our operations for years.
