Envision Conferences

You can find us on the third floor at D-11/1 in Sector 8, Rohini. It’s a bit of a trek up to the third floor, but the view of the street is okay. We spend our time here planning conferences and meetings. It involves an incredible amount of phone calls and even more spreadsheets. We have to keep track of speakers, venues, and how many chairs are needed for each room. It’s easy to get a bit overwhelmed with the details, so our whiteboards are usually covered in scribbles and dates. The office is pretty basic—just some desks, chairs, and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. We aren't into big fancy presentations for ourselves. We just focus on getting the schedules right so things don't fall apart on the day of an event. Rohini is a busy place, and Sector 8 has everything we need nearby. Sometimes we stay late when a big event is coming up, and the office feels quite small then. But usually, it’s just a steady pace of checking and re-checking lists. We don't have a marketing department; we just do the work and hope people find the conferences useful. It’s a simple operation run by people who know how to handle a lot of logistics without making a big deal out of it. We just keep our heads down and get the planning done.
