We are based in Majnu Ka Tilla, inside the New Camp area at Zambala House, D-47. If you’ve ever been to New Aruna Nagar, you know it’s a unique part of Delhi with narrow lanes and a very specific feel to it. Our office isn't very large, but it’s packed with maps and files from all the trips we plan. Most of our day is spent on the phone or responding to emails from people wanting to see the mountains. We are right in the heart of the Tibetan colony, so there is always a good smell of food from the nearby cafes. The area is always full of travelers and monks, which gives the whole place a bit of a different energy compared to the rest of the city. We don't have a big corporate office; it’s more of a place where we sit and figure out schedules. Sometimes we have people dropping in to ask about bus tickets or just to chat about where they’re headed next. It gets pretty cramped when we have a lot of bags or paperwork lying around, but we make it work. We’ve been here long enough that the locals know us well. It’s a lot of work coordinating with drivers and hotels, but we just keep at it every day. It’s a busy spot, but we like being here. We focus on the practical side of travel, making sure the routes are clear and the bookings are confirmed.
