Aparna Services is based at 3181 Dassan Street, which is right near Chandni Chowk in the Charkhe Wala area of Hauz Quazi. If you know the old city, you know how narrow and busy these streets are. Our place is tucked into one of those lanes. It’s a very old part of town, and we’ve been here for a long time. There is always a lot of noise from the markets nearby, and the smell of street food is everywhere. We don’t have a modern office with air conditioning and glass doors. It’s a traditional space, a bit old-fashioned, but it’s where we feel at home. We do a variety of services for the people around here. We don’t spend time writing big slogans or putting up posters. Most of our customers are locals who just walk in because they know where we are. Dealing with the crowds in Hauz Quazi every day can be a lot, but it’s also what makes this place special. We just take things one day at a time. No fancy corporate talk or complicated processes. If someone needs help, they come to 3181 and we see what we can do for them. It’s been that way for many years now, and we don’t see any reason to change it. We’re just part of the neighborhood, doing our bit and living our lives in this crowded, lively corner of the city.
