We aren't selling dreams; we're just selling tickets and making sure people don't get stuck at the station. Sometimes the phones ring all at once, and it gets a bit chaotic, but we try to stay on top of it. The street outside is usually full of people going about their business, and we feel like a part of that daily rhythm. We don't have fancy brochures or a shiny lounge for waiting. People just come in, tell us where they need to go, and we see what’s available on the system. It’s a straightforward business built on just being here every day and knowing the routes well. Most of our regulars live just a few blocks away, and we like it that way. It keeps the business feeling local and personal, even when we’re booking trips across the country.
