Vbp Bistro Llp

You can find us in Ashok Vihar Phase 2, right near the IDBI Bank landmark. We are on the ground floor of Plot No. 25, in Block B-2. Vbp Bistro Llp is a local spot where we spend most of our time. It’s a busy corner of North West Delhi, and we get a lot of people walking by while we’re working. The ground floor location is handy because we don't have to lug stuff up any stairs, which is a relief. We started this bistro because we wanted to have a place of our own in this neighborhood. It’s not some grand chain restaurant; it’s just us. We do the cooking, we do the serving, and we do the mopping at the end of the night. There’s always something that needs fixing, like a leaky faucet or a light that won't stay on, but we manage. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or big slogans. We just try to make decent food and keep the place running. Some days the lunch crowd is huge and we’re all running around like crazy, and other times it’s quiet enough to actually sit down for five minutes. We’ve been here for a bit now and we’ve gotten to know the people around Ashok Vihar. It’s a straightforward business, run by people who live nearby and just want to do honest work. We spend a lot of time cleaning up after the rush and prepping for the next day, and that’s basically our whole routine.
