Vardhman Engineering Industries

Vardhman Engineering Industries is out in the Badli Industrial Area, specifically at C-8 in Phase-III. If you come by, you’ll hear the machines long before you see the sign. It’s a noisy place but that’s just how engineering work goes. We have a lot of heavy equipment in the shed and there’s always a bit of dust and grease around. We’ve been here for years, through the hot summers and the dusty winters. The floor is concrete and usually covered in metal scraps. We do a lot of fabrication and machining work here. It’s not a clean office job. Most of us go home with dirty hands and tired backs. The tea guy comes around twice a day and that’s usually when we take a break. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team. People find us because they need something made or fixed and they know we are in Badli. The street outside is often blocked by big trucks loading or unloading. It can be a headache but it means business is moving. We just focus on the drawings and the machines. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we spend the whole day fixing it instead of working on orders. That’s just life in a workshop. We like the work though. It’s good to see a finished piece of metal after a long day of cutting and grinding.
