Trish Anu F & B Private Limited is over at 8 Kaveri Kunj phase 3 in Kamla Nagar, near Rashmi Nagar. It’s a decent sized place for what we need. Kamla Nagar is always full of people, especially students and shoppers, so there is a lot of energy around. Our spot in Kaveri Kunj is a bit tucked away from the main chaos, which is nice when we need to actually think. We deal with food and beverage stuff every single day. It involves a lot of checking on stock and making sure the deliveries are going where they are supposed to go. The office has some old furniture that we’ve had since we started. We haven't felt the need to replace it because it still works just fine. We have a small area where we sit and eat lunch together, usually just talking about the traffic or what’s happening in the neighborhood. Rashmi Nagar is right nearby so we get a lot of local folks walking past. We keep the doors open when the weather allows. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls. It’s just 8 Kaveri Kunj, a place where we do our business and try to keep things moving. Some days are slow, some days we are running around like crazy. That's just the way it goes with food and beverage businesses. We’re just local people doing our jobs and trying to keep everything organized before we head home.
