You can find us right in the middle of everything at 2133 Kinari Bazar in Chandni Chowk. Being part of Barista Coffee Company Ltd. at this specific location in Delhi is quite an experience because it’s so different from the modern malls. The streets are narrow, and it’s always packed with people moving goods back and forth. Our shop is tucked away in this historic area, and it has a very different vibe compared to other outlets. We don’t have a lot of space, but we make it work with what we have. Every morning, we open up and start getting things ready while the market wakes up around us. The smells of the spice market and the old buildings are everywhere. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when it gets busy, but that’s just life in Chandni Chowk. We have a small counter and some places to sit, though many people are just passing through. The walls have that old Delhi feel, and we haven't tried to make it look like a corporate showroom. It’s more of a local hangout where the staff knows the regulars who work in the nearby shops. Working here means dealing with the noise and the heat, but it’s an honest way to spend the day. We just focus on the coffee and making sure people have a place to sit for a minute amidst the chaos of the bazar.
