We're based in Ashok Vihar, Phase-I. The place is E-22. It's a bit of an old building but it works for what we do with steel and alloys. We've been here for a good number of years now. Mostly it's just dealing with shipments and inventory. The guys in the back are usually busy with the heavy stuff. It gets loud sometimes. I’ve worked here a long time. People drop by to ask about materials. We try to keep everything organized, but it’s a lot of metal to move around. The office isn't anything special to look at. Just some desks and a lot of paperwork. Ashok Vihar is a busy part of town. Parking can be a pain if you come at the wrong time. We've got a regular group of customers who know Three-S-Steels & Alloys Pvt. Ltd. well. We don't do much advertising. Mostly just word of mouth and people seeing the sign. The tea lady comes by twice a day, and that's usually when we take a break. The sign outside E-22 is a bit faded from the sun. We keep meaning to fix it. Inside, the floors are concrete and they've got some cracks. It’s an honest place. We don't pretend to be more than we are. Just a group of people working with metal. Sometimes the trucks are late and we have to stay late to unload them. We just handle it.
