We are located in Raghu Shri Market, right at Ajmeri Gate. Our shop is on the ground floor, number 18. If you’ve ever been to this part of Delhi, you know it’s packed with shops selling all sorts of mechanical bits and pieces. We are engineers, but on a practical level, we deal with a lot of machinery parts and technical supplies. The market is loud and crowded, with rickshaws and people carrying heavy loads past the door all day long. Inside, it’s a bit more manageable, but we have shelves full of components that we’ve collected over time. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or expensive art. It’s just desks, catalogs, and a lot of metal parts in boxes. We spend our time talking to people who need a specific part for a machine or someone looking for a technical solution for their workshop. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The tea guy comes around every hour, and that’s usually when we take a break from the phones. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We don't have a big marketing department; people just know we are here at Ajmeri Gate. We just try to help out the customers who walk in with a broken part or a drawing, figuring out what will work best for them without making it too complicated. It’s a bit dusty and hectic, but that’s just how business works in the old city markets.
