Krishna Industries Store

Our shop, Krishna Industries Store, is located at 244-1 in Phatak Karor, which is right in the Hauz Qazi area near Ajmeri Gate. This part of the city has a lot of history, and the buildings show it. Our store is in one of those older structures where the ceilings are high but the space is narrow. We specialize in industrial supplies, so there is always a lot of iron and steel sitting around. It makes the air smell like metal. Phatak Karor is a busy little pocket and we see a lot of the same faces every day. We aren't looking to become some giant company. We are happy just being the local store where people can find what they need for their workshops. Usually, we have the radio playing softly in the background while we sort through new arrivals or help a customer find a specific size of pipe fitting. The traffic outside on the way to Ajmeri Gate can be a nightmare, but inside it’s just us and our tools. We don’t have any marketing people or fancy logos. We just have a sign over the door and some sturdy shelves. It’s a practical life. We get here early, we drink our tea, we serve the customers, and we head home when the sun goes down. That’s been the routine for years and we don't plan to change it at all.
