We’ve been operating Surgico International from this small space for years. We deal in surgical goods and medical equipment. It’s a lot of boxes and inventory stacked up to the ceiling. It’s not the quietest place to work, but it’s where all the action is. Doctors and clinic owners come through all the time looking for specific tools or supplies. We try to keep a good variety so they don't have to go searching everywhere else. We aren't a giant multinational corporation. We’re just a local business trying to keep up with the demand. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and the narrow lanes make deliveries a bit of a headache, but we make it work. It’s a lot of manual tracking and talking to people face to face. We don't use much fancy software. Most of our business comes from people who have known us for a long time. They know where we are in Mangal Market.
