Our place is in the basement over at Plot No A 30A in Vijay Nagar. It’s a single-storey building, so you have to look for the stairs going down. We deal with scientific and biomedical systems. It sounds complicated, but we’re just a small group of people working with equipment. We spend a lot of time looking at manuals and checking parts. The basement stays cool, which is good for the machines. We've been here for a while now. It’s not a fancy showroom or anything like that. There are benches, tools, and a lot of electronic bits and pieces scattered around. We get visits from people who need their systems checked or are looking for specific components for their labs. Sometimes it’s a bit cramped with all the boxes, but we know where everything is. It’s a quiet part of Vijay Nagar. We mostly just focus on the technical side of things. We aren't really the type to do a lot of advertising. Most of our work comes from people we've known for years. Every morning we come in, turn on the lights, and start going through the list of things to fix or send out. It’s a steady pace. We just like to get the work done and go home. Not much more to it than that, really.
