We are at No. 72 in Gali Siras Vali. It’s in the Naya Baans area, very close to the Sarvodya Kanya School. You can hear the kids playing during recess. Being a Medical Equipment Supplier in a busy lane has its challenges. Moving big boxes through the narrow street isn't easy, but we manage. We’ve been here for quite some time. When a delivery of hospital beds arrives, the neighbors move their scooters so the truck can pass. Nobody complains; it’s just part of living here. Inside the shop, it’s a bit of a jumble. We have syringes next to wheelchairs. It’s not organized like a library, but we find what a customer needs. We spend a lot of time on the phone with hospitals, often repeating the same things. The floor is plain cement and cold in the winter. We keep a small heater by the desk.
