We are located at 3214 Lal Darwaza, right in the heart of Sita Ram Bazar. Being so close to the Chawri Bazar Metro Station makes it easy for people to find us, though the streets around here are always incredibly crowded. Shri Radha Rani Surgicals deals with all kinds of medical supplies and equipment. It’s a fast-paced environment because people often need these things urgently. Our shop is surrounded by the history of old Delhi, and the narrow lanes are always full of rickshaws and people moving about. We keep a lot of inventory on the shelves, ranging from simple bandages to more complex surgical tools. It can get a bit overwhelming with the noise from the bazaar outside, but we’ve been here long enough that we don't even notice it anymore. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just a few of us making sure the orders are correct and that we have what the local clinics need. Sometimes the narrow entry makes loading boxes difficult, but we've got a system that works for us. We try to keep our prices fair and just focus on being a reliable source for the community. It’s a busy life in Chawri Bazar, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. We spend most of our mornings just unboxing supplies and checking invoices carefully.
