Working in the Bawana industrial area means you have to get used to the dust and the long commute every day. Our unit at B-142 is where we spend most of our time, surrounded by boxes and medical components. It’s an industrial zone, so it’s not exactly pretty, but it’s where the work gets done. Inside, we try to keep things as clean as possible because of the type of equipment we handle. It’s a bit of a contrast to the muddy roads outside. We spend hours testing different parts and making sure everything is calibrated correctly. Sometimes it feels like we are just a small cog in a very large machine, but the work is steady. We don't have any flashy signs or a big lobby. There’s just a small door and a bell that sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. Most of our day is spent either on the assembly floor or in the back room where we keep the finished stock. We have a small staff and we all know our roles pretty well. We often share a meal together in the afternoon, talking about things other than work just to clear our heads. It’s a practical life, and while Bawana is far from the city center, it’s where our business fits in best. We just focus on getting the orders packed and shipped out on time so the clinics get what they need without delay.
