Bhagirath Palace is a place like no other, especially around shop 1569 where we’ve set up our business. It’s the kind of market where you can find almost anything medical if you look hard enough. We handle surgical supplies, and our shop is usually filled with boxes stacked up to the ceiling. It can be a bit messy, to be honest. There’s always someone moving a crate or checking an invoice. We’ve been here at this address for a long time, and we’ve seen the market grow and get more crowded every single year. Most of our customers are doctors or people running small clinics who need supplies fast. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with polished desks and receptionists. You just walk in, find one of us, and ask for what you’re looking for. Sometimes we have to hunt through the back room to find a specific item, which can take a few minutes. The alleyways outside are always full of people, so getting stock in and out is always a bit of a struggle. We drink a lot of chai and talk to the other shopkeepers nearby while waiting for customers. It’s a busy, noisy life, but we like the energy of Bhagirath Palace. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just trying to make sure the boxes go to the right people at the right time. It's just a regular day-to-day operation for us.
