If you head down to 1939, Gali Meer Afzal in Lal Kuan, you’ll find Steel Tools India. It’s right in the heart of the old area, so the streets are narrow and always full of people and carts. It’s a lively place to work, even if it gets a bit crowded. We’ve been in this spot for years, dealing with all sorts of tools made from steel. It’s a family kind of thing, passed down through the years. We don't have a big showroom or anything like that. It’s more of a traditional shop where things are stacked up and we know exactly where everything is, even if it looks a bit messy to an outsider. People come to us from all over because they know we carry the stuff they need for their workshops. We don’t do much advertising. Usually, it’s just word of mouth. We spend our days talking to customers, showing them different tools, and making sure they get the right size. It’s a lot of manual work, moving boxes and checking inventory. Sometimes it’s hot, sometimes it’s cold, but the shop stays open. Lal Kuan has a lot of history, and we feel like a small part of that. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide good tools to the people who need them for their own jobs. That’s enough for us at the end of the day.
