Sohigh Enterprises Limited operates out of Shop No. 2996-A on the ground floor over in Mori Gate. Being on the ground floor is a bit of a blessing because we don't have to lug everything up the stairs, and Mori Gate is the kind of place where something is always happening. The shop isn't very big, but it serves our needs for running the enterprise. We have desks pushed up against the walls and some shelves for our files and whatever stock we have on hand at the moment. Delhi heat is no joke, so we keep the door open a crack for a breeze, even though the noise from the street comes right in with it. People walk by all day, and sometimes they peek in to see what we are doing. We just focus on our daily tasks, whether that's paperwork or talking to people who need our services. It is a practical way to work, being right there on the street level where everything is accessible. Mori Gate has its own rhythm, and we’ve become a part of it over time. We don’t go in for fancy decorations or anything like that. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but for now, they are covered with calendars and notes. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to stay busy and keep the business going as best as we can without making things complicated.
