Indochine

Our spot is over in the Type-1 section of the Police Colony in Model Town. It’s not a huge place, just a simple setup at A-36 where we get most of our work done every day. New Delhi gets pretty hot in the summer, so we spend a lot of time just keeping the place cool while we handle orders and talk to whoever walks through the door. Most people around here know us because we’ve been at this address for a bit. It gets busy in the mornings when everyone is heading out, and the noise from the street is just part of the background now. We don't have fancy office furniture or anything like that, just the basics to keep things moving along. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait it out, but that’s just life in Delhi. My brother helps out with the paperwork and I mostly deal with the people coming in. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the desk gets buried under papers. The colony is a decent place to work since it's mostly families and people we know. We don’t really do much advertising because word of mouth usually does the job for us. It’s just Indochine, a small operation trying to get things right day by day without making too much of a fuss. If you’re ever near the colony, you’ll probably see us there, usually drinking tea and looking at the latest list of things to do.
