Sofia Surgicals Pvt. Ltd. is based right in the middle of City Market at Ajmeri Gate. We are up on the second floor, at address 3965/224. It is a very busy part of town, always filled with lots of noise and people moving around. Being in Ajmeri Gate means we are close to everything, which really helps our daily operations. Our space is not huge, but it is packed with all the stuff we need for the surgical business. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who walk into the office. The stairs up to the second floor can be a bit steep if you are not used to them. We have been in this market area for a long time now. It has that classic old city feel that we have grown to like. It is not a shiny new corporate building, but it works perfectly for what we do. We handle a lot of different medical supplies and small equipment. Most days are pretty hectic with various deliveries coming in and going out to customers. We try to keep things organized, though it can get a bit messy during the busiest hours of the afternoon. It is just how it is in a market like this. We do not have a fancy showroom to show off. It is more of a functional office and storage area. We know the other traders around here. Most of them have been here as long as us.
