We operate out of No-H-1249 in the D.S.I.I.D.C. industrial area in Narela. Being in an industrial zone like this is very different from a regular market. It’s all about trucks, warehouses, and factories. At Shyam Kripa Foods, we focus on food processing on a larger scale. The building is a big concrete structure that gets quite hot in the Delhi summer. We have several machines running throughout the shift, and the noise can be a bit much if you aren't used to it. I spend most of my day on the floor, checking the production lines and making sure the packing is going smoothly. We don't have a fancy reception area or plush chairs. Everything here is meant for work. We have a small team of workers who come in from the nearby areas of Narela and beyond. We deal with bulk orders mostly, so we don't see many individual walk-in customers. The paperwork for a private limited company can be a bit of a headache, with all the filings and records we have to keep. Most days, I just eat my lunch at my desk while looking over the inventory sheets. The roads around here are often broken from the heavy trucks, so getting in and out can be a bit of a bumpy ride. It’s just a busy factory where we try to get the work done on time and keep things moving.
